We returned to the hostel at around 11:30 and almost immediately headed out for lunch. I wanted to try the famous Sichuan Hot Pot. Upon finding a suitable restaurant we were shown to our tables then directed to a wall of fish tanks and told to select our lunch. None of us felt like eating fish so we declined and asked for chicken instead.
