We crossed over the bridge to the south side of the St Lawrence River and headed east to pick up Hwy 132, which does a complete loop of the Gaspe Peninsula. As we headed south east the road follows the Matapedia River through the “Valley”. This river is a famous Salmon River that is known for its large Atlantic Salmon.
