30th October - I had a tour booked to Niagara Falls this day. They ended up not showing up and I had to get my hotel to chase them. They had gone to my previously booked hotel (even though they confirmed my change). So they finally turned up at 10.30am. This unfortunately made our tour late and rushed all day.
