    ... the photos don't do it justice. It is amazing. And the whole back of the house is windows looking out onto the view. Wow!!








    We sat on the deck for awhile, then had dinner and spent a quiet evening visiting. Somehow we managed to not take a picture of Bob or the dogs Boston the boxer and Mike the Yorkie.

    Getting home was a bit of work.........

    We dropped the rental car off in San Diego and headed to the terminal. We were plenty early, cleared security, and had a bit to eat. Our flight was on time and we arrived in Dallas with a little more than an hour between our flights. We had to basically cross the airport diagonally. Dallas is a huge airport and things are a long way apart. We arrived at our gate with a half hour to spare.

    Airports- The Europeans have this figured out. Granted, it's easier to figure out some things as Europe is a much smaller place......the U.S. is quite vast and has it's own challenges. The airports in Europe are easier to navigate, as well as being much more pleasant. They are exceptionally organized and well thought out. The people doing security are much more cordial.
