    Coopers Landing was the location I first had a hungering for a 2 - 3,000 mile, self supported bicycle tour where I could explore the beauty of the West coast.

    ... so worried about the cosmetics of it but really wanted it to be in functioning. Pat and Judy are on their way to pick up the RV and then Pat is headed to Big O Tires to check and doubled-check the condition of all the tires as well as replacing the one that blew and keeping the spare for the next time.
    So we're back on schedule and will be leaving Columbia in the morning and heading to Grand Island NE. Stay tuned for more adventures!

    ... while on the road and pray for special intentions on each of the Hail Mary's.
    We had just finished for about ten minutes when we heard a very loud "bang"! Since Pat did not lose control of the RV, we knew it had to be a back tire which had blown. We drove slower and exited at the very next off-ramp. A couple of truckers helped Pat change the left outside (there are two on the back on each side) back tire.

    ... day...right? he replied: "well...they've all closed...I hear horror stories..I wouldn't eat here if I were you...I'd go somewhere else". Hmmm. So...I did. The next time I pulled off and drove down the street...I saw the most interesting and beautiful small brick homes!     Leaving the dorm with the crazy lady with the zimmer frame who made horrendous noises in the night was a happy moment.
