    ... it is very interesting to see places we have heard about. The only complaint is that they have not labelled the buildings which would be helpful for those who aren't quite sure which is which.

    Late in the afternoon the girls went to Driving School. They have created a small town with streets, stop signs and traffic lights. Children can drive little jeep like cars around the streets. They are supposed to obey road rules and stop lights but ...

    ... a set of travel scales to weigh the bags.. For dinner it was TGI Fridays, with Dan and I reminiscing of eating at this restaurant in London on Christmas Eve 1994. I had a cheesy risotto served on a hot skillet plate with shrimp, Gracie a cranberry and pecan salad, Hams stuck to some chicken and Dan tried the pasta. Tom just for something different, had a cheddar, bacon burger!

    Back to the hotel for a night swim (Tom was brave) and a hour in the hot tub. Hitting Legoland ...

    ... m sure we will go into the pool again before we leave. We ended up having Chinese for dinner again which was very nice. In my fortune cookie I go it says "you will take a chance in something in near future", interesting I say. I don't believe in fortune cookies but hey they are still fin to read.     The contenders for favourite places are coming thick and fast. Having left Santa Barbara saying that perhaps it would have been nice to have ended our trip there, we have now decided that San Diego would have been a good finish!
