This is our last evening in Zhengzhou. We just received her passport today, so tomorrow morning, we will be flying to Guangzhou, which is where the US Consulate is based. One more week there and it will be time to come home. Mama and Daddy are definitely ready - we miss home!!

Since we got her on Monday, she has completely been a Mama's girl. But yesterday, she let Daddy hold her! Hooray! And you know Daddy is just lovin' it! Mama is so happy! Mama's arms are happy, too.
And, we have known that she can walk, but she just wanted to be held and carried ...
... down the street to the actual processing office. That took a little bit of time since it is a multi-step process which included more paper work, another family picture, and a trip to the bank for the orphanage officer.
We made it back just in time for dinner. We met with another family (they are just the sweetest) at the noodle place again. This next part . . . for those who know me well, you will not believe this . . . ...
This Mama and Daddy are just over the moon! She is currently sleeping in between us, with her hand on John's stomach. My heart is so happy!
We caught a glimpse of her at 10:54 AM China Time as the orphanage officer was walking up holding her. She was good until the officer handed her to me. . . I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. She has definitely had some moments today, poor baby! ...
