... and the officious Chinese immigration officer let us through no problems - didn't even want the form. There's a metro stop right at the airport so it's pretty easy to get right into town. Pretty easy if you know where you want to go. We took a punt on a station and had to change from the orange line to the blue line. Colour codes make language barriers so much easier! Another hazy start to the day..mmm.. but it wasn't long before the sun was breaking through to ..even ..patchy blue skies. The chinese humidty didn't take long to hit...the forecast was for 25 degrees 89% humidity..hard to imagine in a matter of a month temps will be a chilly 15 degrees but with little snow. whatever their season the clothing is available as they supply most of the worlds variable seasons at all times.
