      Woke up to a beautiful day.....sleeping so soundly.
      Out of our place by 0930 to get to the local ferry to ride over to Caladesta Island State Park. As we entered the park we noticed it is lined with mangrove trees. There are three types and they function quite differently. The red mangroves are closest to the water and their roots rise above the water surface looking like a tangled mess of itchiban noodles.       Not a lot to report today as once again we chose to relax ahead of the next few days which are likely to be a bit "full on".

      After a leisurely breakfast we took a short drive down the coast to see the Trade Winds Resort where we stayed in 1992 our first visit to Florida. Memory can play tricks, but it is much bigger than when we stayed there and the area around it seems more built up. That's progress I suppose. ...

      ... take. I figured the best bet would be to go thru Zurich after doing a little research, so that was where we were heading on this day. We caught a bus in the center of Feldkirch that would take us thru Liechtenstein. It only took about 20 minutes or so to make it all the way thru the small country and into Switzerland.
