Overall, it was not as exciting as it looked online. Afterwards, we drove to our next RV site where we have to turn in early for a packed day of a reactor museum, Craters of the Moon, and Shoshone Ice Caves.

Scenic byways and many miles. We made it from Sheridan Montana to Fairmont in British Columbia. Long driving day but gained two hours to spend somewhere else on the trip. ... round trip was back tracking and entirely not logical although we would have done it with more time to spare. Due at campsite Bridge Bay in Yellowstone tomorrow. So. Drove through Bozeman (just to see) - pretty hopping university of Montana town - and found ourselves at Pine Creek Campground 50 miles from the park. Arrived in dead of night with Most of the children asleep - a beautiful spot by all accounts in a fly fishing hot spot - bit we have yet to see it in ...

All this attained whilst perfecting my quadbike driving skills, learning to put out electric fence and buzzing around in a whole host of tractors from new and gadgety to old and clonking!

Being around animals is where I have always preferred to be, but if all this preparation work ever got too much all I had to do was glance up at the skyline, ...
