... only main difference was the appearance of it. There’s no way a miner was able to carry this delicious meal in his pocket. Way too big. Nonetheless we ate nearly the whole thing and set off for our next destination, the Berkeley Acid Pit.

Although it was a national rodeo association rodeo with professional contestants, it was such a small fair that it had an air of amateurish about it that made it all the more fun. Drove through Bozeman (just to see) - pretty hopping university of Montana town - and found ourselves at Pine Creek Campground 50 miles from the park. Arrived in dead of night with Most of the children asleep - a beautiful spot by all accounts in a fly fishing hot spot - bit we have yet to see it in ...

Ranching life, as I have discovered, is very hard work, not only do you have family, children, home and health to take care of, you have vast pastures of bovine responsibilities and the attending animals that make the job a whole lot easier. From the temperamental bulls, inclined to dig their huge heels in and out-and-out refuse to play, to the huge cows, vicious in protection of their skittish calves, to the moody, stubborn teenagers both two legged and four ...
