... have been 5 weeks and several hundreds of miles of driving it like that. Finally convinced them we were not taking that coach in that condition. But....had to wait until Monday until the tech could put antenna and car braking system back on Max. Two more days moving stuff back to Max. Waste of several days and lots of sweat.
Max felt really good to us.
... guide' to our spot which was long and level, but narrow. Had to swing the coach out on a narrow entry road to get it between the concrete pad and electric post. There was a 3 ft high set of 4 metal electric pipes beside the entry road that I caught the back end of Max on. Wouldn't have been bad except it had been hit before and the top was bent out and the ends were rolled up. So Max now has a 'boo'. Nothing major, but an irritant.
And finally..... we have ourselves on the road for our summer travels. After all the RV prep and waving goodbye to work for the summer, we have finally put some miles on the road -- feels good. However, we haven't even made it out of the state yet! We are already finding some interesting places in northern Florida, so we're taking this opportunity to see our state capital and the Panhandle ...

... some camping but the accommodation was cheaper then I had anticipated and the convenience of travelling all day and rolling into a hotel was better then having to setup a tent. My schedule seemed a little too tight too. There was just too much ground I needed to cover and camping was very involved. Plus there's bears.
