On November 11, 2014, we will be leaving Holland, MI and going to Bluefields, Nicaragua to stay for 7 weeks with our friends, RCA missionaries Adrian and Bernardeth Kelly-Bobb. Adrian is a pastor and Bernardeth is a medical doctor. We will be helping in their daily feeding program for 120 children that live in the slums of Bluefields. We will also be working at 2 group homes; 1 for adolescent boys and another for adolescent ...
... on the new haircut? The airport was crazy busy when I arrived, and lets just say it got interesting trying to get my huge suitcase off the luggage belt. I eventually tackled it and hiked it off! It only dragged me for a split second, lol. Finally, I was relived when I got in a cab and knew it was my last leg of transportation to reach my final destination. Roma!

... our jammies - we stopped at the Silver Lake Sand Dune State Park and rode a big butt dune buggy over the dunes for about an hour. It was great fun and the whole car got a kick out of the 2 "Red Hat Ladies" trying to climb in and out of the darn thing. Glad we only stopped a couple of times, I couldn't have climbed in and out many more times.
ANOTHER EARLY START TOMORROW - we catch the ferry from Muskegon to Milwaukee tomorrow morning.
More tomorrow. ...
