One nice thing about only having to drive for around 5 hours a day is that you have time to do what you want and not rush doing it :)
When we arrived last night, we read that Cuba was famous for the many murals painted on buildings around town and decided to walk/drive around to see them all before Day 2 on highway. Very informative and fun. Very cute small town. So glad we spent time here!

Driving through St-Louis MO is an exercise of patience: 2 lanes to the left and 2 lanes to the right rejoin later on the same stretch (why?); the design of this humongous maze and amalgam of freeways, overpasses and highways all fighting to get over each other and supporting tons of impatient drivers focused on getting home for a beer and the 6 o'clock news, at all price, is quite ugly. ...
