Left Santa Fe about 9am and drove through some desolate areas with no vegetation and no houses, cows, deer, birds, and few vehicles. No cell signal or gas stations, so good thing we gassed up in Santa Fe last night. We eventually saw two houses and a small herd of cows. That was a stretch of about 40-45 miles.
