... of the drought. We got into Marysville and he told me a bunch of history about the town, including secret tunnels and an underground bowling alley. This town also had those awesome brick streets that I liked in Washington. Nick didn't share my enthusiasm and made a comment about it being too bumpy to drive over. I don't think he and I would be friends. He dropped me off at a tractor supply shop with a disapproving attitude. Some ...

... thinned out. I had too many carnival trucks and a pickup get too close for comfort, so I started walking the no passing zones. It was miserable but safe. I was so freaked out by the scary road that I rode right past my intended destination and had another 30 miles till the next town. I committed to it and got into Washington as the sun was going down. ... etc., that are only accesible by these roads. I think fourwheel drive is a must. We rode for 39 miles and came into the town of Marysville (Valley Vet HDQTRS). Our trailers were supposed to be waiting to transport us across the Bridge (Little Blue River). But, due to wet ground at our campsite, rigs were not able to get out. So Duane Frederiskson, trailered us across so that we could finish our ...

We left Horton at 6am after a night of rain. We rode down another one of those brick streets at the start. I really like them. Had a beautiful, cool day with high clouds, there was another thunder storm expected in at 11am. I was riding with a really fun group of people, from Virginia, Santa Cruz, and Orange County, and Nevada. We were following two sets of tracks, later found out it was the Austrailian team. We ...
