But there is a run down apartment bldg/motel that backs up to this property and I am not comfortable buying a house that would be empty much of the time in a rather mixed area. My guess is that this area will continue to improve and this property will increase in value. If we were younger and looking to invest for the future this would be a good bet. But we are looking for a place to use in the winter and leave for long periods of time. ...

... higher until we did loop the loops. And we all calmed down with a gentle turn on the carousel which was lovely, except Neil's camel didn't go up and down. In the last hour, we found two of the best rides of the whole trip - a dangle-down roller coaster that did loops without the discomfort of rattly-brain syndrome, and Cheetah Hunt that was wonderfully smooth and fast. Next time do these ...

... been but did not play seeing as green fees were $375.00...)

The bad news is I hit both my balls into the water and Paul hit his first into the drink as well. The good news is that Paul put his second on the green.

The following day we drove the final leg to Englewood Florida where we will stay for a month or so. More about the Gulf Coast to come as we explore from Siesta Key in the north to Naples and Marco Island in the south.
