... drive (usb powered) was $115.. I brought a 750mb one earlier this year for 130 in NZ… And this ones for everyone, a 1.5kg bag a m&m’s was $8.75 – I resisted for the fear I would not be allowed into Canada with such a stash, or wouldn’t fit.. One of the two..

After this we headed to the rich area of Colorado Springs, some really huge mansions over here, and along with this tour came the week long ever lasting ...

From Des Moines, our journey took us west, through the rest of Iowa, across Nebraska, and into Colorado.
Iowa is very pretty, if a bit farmy. Lots of rolling hills, tons of green, corn everywhere, and landscapes dotted with little barns everywhere. Americana at its finest.
Nebraska, however, is anything but. There's literally nothing to look at. Flat, boring, depressing. Also, no cell service at all, so you can't even entertain yourself ...

... I came back. I have a deeper appreciation for things and feel like I can tackle any challenge or experience. I am very excited to see how this trip has set me up to enjoy other trips in my life. Traveling is an experience, especially if It is done the right way. I love the ups, downs, problems, and solutions. Its a learned experience that only gets better with experience.
