... whole journey of this Steadicam saga has been interesting, and I am really glad it has worked out. We worked there from 9am-2pm and organized the backroom as best we could. At this point, I really don't care what I do, just as long as it helps someone. It was just great to work there. There was even a horse-drawn carriage doing the rounds and it seemed that every group of people had a dog. There was a small dog at our restaurant sitting in a chair at the table. Cute but odd.

Downtown LA!

... but the logistics of getting around LA is a little difficult - it would have meant a long walk, train and bus to get there. Besides, I was a little Arts & Gardened 'out'!

I walked about 7 kms into the LA Downtown area and had a casual stroll around the Finance District and other areas. Surprisingly, there weren't many people in the city...and this was around Saturday midday! It would appear that the Downtown area ...
