    ... anyone without some nervousness. Mostly though, I'm excited. I know it's going to be an amazing 4 1/2 months that I'm sure will teach me a lot about myself and will give me experiences of a lifetime.

    I'll try to keep this up fairly regularly with posts about what I'm experiencing, what I'm seeing and what I'm feeling. I'm so grateful to have this opportunity and can't wait to see what's in store with me over the next 4 months! ...

    The day started with a minor flight delay but a short two hour flight into Atlanta for Jared. Natalie was waiting with open arms for a long overdue hug! Our first stop was to the Park Tavern at Piedmont Park. Where we sat under the covered patio by the fire while watching ice skaters try to show off their best moves.     ... go for breakfast/lunch. Of course Allen wanted breakfast (as he does for every meal) so we headed to The Original Pancake House. What is funny about this is the fact that we have one in Birmingham, but we've never been to it. We shared a stack of buttermilk pancakes and each had a side of their Hormel thick sliced bacon.
