... solo except for two cousins from the UK who came on the trip together. Everyone seems nice so far, though we haven't had much of a chance to get to know each other just yet.

... is that it is entirely made of wood. No nails, caulk or cement was used. It is a very impressive and beautiful structure. Our trip is wrapping up and it feels like we have been gone forever. It has been a wonderful trip with so many beautiful memories. I think Hannah and Mia have a much better appreciation for China and their birth heritage. ... which was unbelievable once we made it to the top(won't lie to you though there were times when I seriously considered paying someone to piggy back me up like Bieber did on the Great Wall aha). The view from the top was breathtaking though and made the hike worthwhile(still hate working out with a passion though). All in all the Summer Palace was incredible and I think that other then the Great Wall it's been my favorite part of Beijing so ...
