... it is. They have constructed a whole avenue (very long and wide) on what was waste land. We were able to go inside and eventually made our way up to the third tier which was pretty high up. They were setting up staging, props, water shows, lighting etc for a coming show (don't know what) that is running for a couple of weeks. Nearby is the "Cube" (swimming),hockey fields, gymnastic arena etc. All pretty big and impressive. Apparently it is now all a bit of a white elephant. Apart ...
