A Lovestruck Romeo, seen the streets

... up – feet! Feet are universally repulsive, covered in dry skin, fungal nails, funked up bent toes from badly fitting shoes and the list goes on. There is an advert here where shoe sellers say “I have never met a foot I could not fit” well, I have never met foot that did not make me retch. Please cover them up!

The rest of the day was spent on the long, dry, straight roads and once I had cleared the ...

Can't believe how early we had to get up this morning - 3:30am NZ time (which is 1:30am Aus time) to get to the airport.
But it was all good. Watched the Twilight movie on the plane on the way home and now i cant wait to see New Moon!

Coming through customs in Australia was funny as i had to go in the high security line due to my Maouri souviner that i brough back with me that is classified as a weapon. I was just glad that Border Security wasnt there to film me haha.

Crazy partying, road trip and promotion!

Sunday we pretty much just all hung out all day, chilled.. And then road trip to Wangaratta! Now the name "Wangaratta" you gotta say really slappy, kind of American, like “Waangaradda” lol. It’s a little city out in the country of Victoria – yes, the first time I actually went to the country! And no, after six weeks in Australia I still haven’t seen a live kangaroo. Although we did go on a ...

There's no such thing as a coincidence

In the end, we all ...

The other side of the story

... beverage and reading a book.

I am now sitting outside a church again, in Wangaratta, (blogging while I wait for the service to start) wondering why I am here. I went to another church last week, and met another lot of over 70s... however this lot was as insincere as the Melbourne Baptists, and about as hospitable. I have been reading a book called Jesus for President, which has utterly spun the way I look at so called Christians, and I know full well that I will not find them ...

My own Pyramids of Giza Mystery!

... could have a great time speculating! They say that digital equipments does not work inside the Pyramids of Giza. Well all I know is that I have never had camera or memory card problems previously or since the pyramids and twice is a bit too much of a co-incidence for me. 3 times counting the problems that a member of our tour group 2 years ago had!

Van-Ishing Funds

... But finally Conor calmed me down enough for us to talk about it sensibly. We had 2 choices - either walk away and write off all the money we had spent on the van so far which would leave us with no way of getting to the ski resort in the next week or spend the money and try to sell the van at the end of our trip for more than we had paid for it. The latter option also involved lots of crossed fingers that nothing else would go wrong but it was the one we ...

Bronte tries to quit weekly to no avail. I thought the hypnosis was pretty good, made me very sleepy and I had already been quitted for 3 weeks but figured a little reinforcement through hypnosis could never hurt. Then Astrology. I really really really really enjoy Astrology. I know a lot of people ...
