... Monica Pier, we were pretty hungry but more dazzled by the Pier itself! It was stunning.

We walked a couple of minutes down to their pier, from the bus stop, and ended up at Bubba Gump Shrimp. This was a restaurant that came about after 'Forest Gump' an is Forest Gump themed. We had intentions of getting breakfast (it was about 11:30) but the lunch menu was just too good. There was one ...

... the tv and pictures! We knew when we had arrived at our destination as the area completely changed. It went from calm, picturesque and people working out so graffiti on the walls, skate boarders and a strong smell of illegal substances! We popped into a couple of the shops to buy t-shirts, tried a deep fried Twinkie and even saw a french bulldog - nowhere near as good looking as my Hugo! For a snack we had a $2.50 world ...
