September 30th DAY 14 Panguitch UTAH
We started the day with a hot breakfast supplied by the hotel (one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had!). Carson got to get some basketball in which was a blessing when the day ahead was going to be mostly spent in the truck. We ventured off toward UTAH and the terrain went from mountains to desert like, to canyons, back to desert like, then a combination of pure rock faces and ranch lands. We were amazed by ...
... a big show getting ready to set up, and they were kicking everyone off Fremont street, so we left. Of course we took a few eye-fulls of the no-so-proud people who do interesting things for some money! I hate throwing things out like that when I know they can go to someone who really needs them, especially the homeless in this country.
We drop the car off and they don’t even care ...
We continued our journey to Las Vegas to see Scott's sister for a few days. Yes, we made it rain, even in Vegas!
A few pics from the city and the view from their house.
Next on our agenda were 3 amazing national parks in Utah. We would have never expected such an amazing landscape...
