We went wine tasting at Jacobs Creek Winery where they also gave us "morning tea" (odd combination there.) There were several wines that I liked there and will try to find at home. We also went to an older winery called Saltram Wine Estate, one of the earliest in the valley.

Yesterday however was much less exciting, I got my **** up at 5am for the USA V Belgium game, only to see 90 minutes of ***** followed by 30 minutes of Belgium taking control and USA bravely fighting back. Sadly though, it was a case of too little too late for the stripes and stars. Maybe next time they'll at least make a quarter final (as long as it's not at the expense of England obviously). We got back to Adelaide a bit later than we thought we would as we were 50 minutes late leaving Dubai which meant we missed our connecting flight from Melbourne to Adelaide.

The weather change was quite dramatic, mid 40s in Dubai to mid teen and pouring rain in Adelaide.

Got up around 8:00 and had a quick breakfast so I could get the good tyre put on the new wheel I bought on Gumtree. Gave Narelle breakfast in bed before I left. Cam was playing on his DS while Rachel slept in after a late night with Judy and Peter. New wheel from Gumtree was fine and guy at GoodYear fixed it while I waited.
