... wheels in Innamincka was put on backwards - the tyres were directional and the repair guy up there who filled in for his mate obviously didn't pick this up. (I also didn't think to remind him). Luckily the wheel was put on the back axle or apparently there could have been "Trouble" - not exactly sure what that means but you all know how mechanics like to overstate potential disasters when it comes to car ...

... with Jenni, we went to a few shows at the comedy festival, they were great. I really need to go to Edinburgh fringe when I'm home. We also went away for the Easter weekend to a couple of towns called Penola and Mount Gambier, where we explored the area and spent a night in an old jail, which was a cool experience. ... A bit of rain, but good weather for traveling, as there was no glare.
Got to the Adelaide Granada Motor Inn, which is like something out of a 70s movie, but with clean linen. Went straight to an equally dodgy Mexican 'cantina' that ended up having the best food at cheap prices. Funny to hear Indian wait staff taking our orders.
Back to the room to watch dodgy TV and plan out the route for ...

... big trees and trees with roses on too, so I was very brave. I also tried to cimb another tree bush thing, but it was so very spiky, that it prickled me lots, I nearly cried!

It was a very lovely relaxing day in the sunshine, before the grown-up and me go to Kangaroo Island for the weekend. I hope we do see some kangaroos and maybe even get a cuddle from them.
