We purchased some wood for the BBQ and fire and half the group set off for short hike. Myself and rest of group A plus Michelle tried to get fire going. It had stopped raining overnight but the sky was still

      Travel Day

Leaving Vicksburg we headed west on I-20 across Louisiana
to Shreveport, and from there we headed north on US 71 into Arkansas and our
destination of Mena Arkansas. We arrived
at our good friends, Sue and Al, home late in the afternoon. After an enjoyable dinner at a local restaurant
we spent the evening catching up on what has happened since we last saw them.
