... and the light standard's installation that was the backdrop for the concert is just simply that, interesting.

The concert ends and I head to the nearby Baja Fresh for fish tacos. Delicious and filling and fresh. I head home, back to E's, where we catch up (she was at a show today and will be tomorrow). We do more research for my upcoming trip, including booking my accommodations for Monterey/Carmel, before retiring for the night.

... doing some window shopping, admiring the fountain and the really cool building designs/facades...and up to what I think of as the top of the road...wait...isn't there supposed to be a Welcome to Beverly Hills sign here? ... 500 speed-wise. Now, let's talk about the temperature!!! When you think about Southern California, you think "warm" right???? Wrong!!!! We froze once we got past Anaheim and all the way into San Diego. The official temp was 53 but with the windchill on the bike, it was in the 40's. Officially COLD!!!! But, we officially ended our Tour at 2:32 PST arriving at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, having gone 3,447 miles door to door.
