... the Caribou Forrest. Didn't spot any caribou, but it was a beautiful drive.
Google knew what is was doing and eventually got us safely to Salt Lake City where the girls catch an early flight back home tomorrow. We had a fun dinner at Winger's Roadhouse! They served us fried twinkies as a complimentary dessert!
We are sad the girls have to leave in the morning, but are so very grateful we had a week together as a complete Smitty ...

We awoke about 7:45 after a somewhat restless night - too much excitement ...
... in Yellowstone. Then it was off to the Ruby Tuesdays opposite, where we had a brilliant evening. The bar staff in there were great, and even gave us a free dessert as it was our honeymoon! There was live music and we spent an hour chatting to a complete stranger about our trip- it's moment like this that make you want to stay! After a few cocktails and beers we decided to call it a night ready for the long drive tomorrow ...
... to stay in Fillmore, Utah. We found a clean and sweet motel named the Capitol Motel. It turns out Fillmore was slated to be the capitol of Utah. The streets were six lanes wide!! Then they decided it was too remote and changed it to Salt Lake City. The folks in Fillmore were friendly and hospitable and the motel was so inexpensive, $30/night, we decided to stay 2 nights. between a log flume and a watery bobsled ride down stream. Staying
true to its wild west image, there are no clear beginning or end points
for the river's quick sweep under the foot bridges, lined with spectators, along
