... too much to enjoy what we were actually doing. We had missed out on half the Great Ocean Road, just to make it in time to Adelaide. We didn't want it this way and decided not to go all the way up to Adelaide. Another time! We drove back over a different road, via Hamilton where we stayed the night. We didn't see much of the town, as we had been driving all day we didn't mind that at all. On Wednesday we hit the road again early. Having a day of driving ahead and arriving in ...

... Our farewell tour saying good-bye to family involved around 3,500 kilometers of driving and a 12 and half hour train trip from Brisbane to Sydney. Excitement and anticipation is setting in, although I am not really looking forward to the fifteen and a half hour direct flight to Dallas.

We stayed around the area, going to Bateau Bay and back to the entrance to watch the pelicans get fed, then we went to Auntie Chrissys house who this time got us cheese and biscuits and cabanossi. We went back to Pauline and Gregs for dinner, which they cooked every night for us and it was very nice, before saying our goodbyes the following morning and beginning our journey back towards Melbourne.

... couple of koala bears who were in a deep snooze. Lots more to see at this place. While we were at the park, Nat got a message from Kevin that a pipe had hit him in the head and that he was at the hospital getting stitched up. We learned how to throw a boomerang today and did pretty ...

... we thought we were in Australia! Instead we stock up on food, head for a campsite in Belmont early and stay in stuffing our faces and watching Dexter. And the bloody campsite is expensive, because normally this area is beautiful but right now we hate it! Luckily we have an ensuite bathroom - very fancy aye. But even the dash from van to toilet gets you soaking wet. What a rubbish ...
