Dad drives my new car back home, with Mom in the front seat and me in the back. Mom bends over towards Dad and asks, “So, how much should we have Elizabeth pay for this car?”
“WHAT?” I protest. “You told me that this is my graduation gift. I wouldn’t have gotten this car, if I had to pay for it.”

This pic shows what part of the camper looked like initially- essentially our table/couch was unusable. Over the next several weeks we did organize and will share how and what we did to make it livaeable.
BTW KOA Higgins Lake, although a little pricey, is a very nice, clean and well run campground and we highly recommend it as an alternative to the State Park Campgrounds in the area if they are full.

Step on Bus Tours took us to Clare, Michigan on May 17, 2013. Clare is about two hours northwest of Northville. Rose led ten of us there so that we could go to Yoder's Quilt Auction and Flea Market.
