... s seat to be safe! It was a great way to spend the day! We stopped at the Point Arena Lighthouse and saw California seals lying on the rocks. The rocks are so interesting. They are striated with grooves from the constant surf and wind. One time when we got out of the car, we didn't even notice a big bull across the street from us OUTSIDE his fenced in area!

... had piled up where the sand meets the smooth beach rocks and it alone is awesome to see. We then walked along this little beach putting our hands in the sand and water and taking pictures of the amazing beach creatures. The rocks that jutted up out of the sand were covered in mussels, coral and barnacles. ... million stars and an almost full moon! I woke up really early and layed there for an hour when I heard a rooster start his day! I thought that perfect and tried to drift off for the next hour or so while the persistant bugger kept it up until it was light enough for me to see the spectacular view that was over my belly.
