          The day in a nutshell boring! But when I got to the motel and turned on the TV and found out there was a tornado watch and a tropical storm watch until 10 m tonight and I was riding!
          Then I go to get a snack and see five cop cars outside and a tow truck taking out a van. I don't know what happened I heard no noise, was like some American TV show.

          ... and approaching Vicksburg was, to say the least, spiritual. It is 19 miles from Bovina to Vicksburg. My chain made funny sounds and came off its cog in the middle of nowhere, and I must say i awas scared, especially after the grocery store experience. The full moon was out to render color, the swamps were flowing with high water from recent rains, and few cars passed me. The 30 miles from MM 80 of the Trace to Vicksburg melted away.
