... around a corner and have a huge motorhome in their face! They hadn't even gotten to the 26.2 mile run yet. I can only imagine what they were worried would come at them during THAT portion of the race!
We found a KOA that had one spot left and parked it!

... mark that's been there for approximately 60 years.. A sweet girl car hop came out and greeted us and took our order. We sat at the picnic tables out doors and enjoyed this special hot dog treat. A hot dog smothered in chilli flavoured finely minced beef. You must eat 2 of these little doggies to fully enjoy the experience!

We then decided that we'd drive to Lake Placid, roughly and hour ...

Day 7

We signed up for a lodge breakfast for Sunday morning. It was at 7:15 and was buffet style. I told the Loj host that we were vegetarian thinking maybe they could have some sort of food that Kelsey would enjoy. It consisted of hash browns, eggs, fruit, sausage, vegan sausage, OJ and coffee.
