So, our little barbeque ended short when the thunderstorm hit our camp. Waking up was refreshingly uncomfortable. Our Walmart tent kept the rain out, but otherwise the morning was painful and cold (Onni gave up at 3am and slept in the car the rest of the night). The dogs are handling the heat well. We hosed them down and shampooed them yesterday and then we hosed them down again this morning after our run.
Actually Scott ran and I biked and the dogs part ran and part walked(with me) Scott must have lost about 10 pounds by now.

The day finished with a few circuits of the VIR – the Test was to achieve exactly the same time for 3 successive circuits. Apart from not actually starting the stopwatch on the middle lap, we still managed just 1 second out on each lap so that was an OK end to the day. Accommodation was ...
... out of D.C. and see where I 95 leads us. We don't have reservations in Ocala, FL until Saturday so we can take our time moseying down the coast. We're looking forward to seeing our girls, Kim and Kristy and Kristy's family in Ocala for several days but in the meantime, who knows?
