Apparently there are two schools of thought on how to prepare the perfect barbecue, one is the vinegar approach, the other is using ketchup. This restaurant definitely lived and died by the first as by the time we left my lips felt like shrivelled prunes.

... first time a Queen had entered the premises; 'Queen Elsa'. As luck would have it, we were able to eat outside and there was a little stage next to our table. Yes, Queen Elsa and her very best pal Queen Sara from Spain put together a few impromptu performances. Luckily most of the guests were interested in the football screens.
Our final drive in the US tomorrow takes us to Atlanta in Georgia.
