    We arrived here at our Thousand Trails Lake Tawakoni RV Resort (outside of Dallas) on Monday, after a 4+ hour drive from Hot Springs, Arkansas. Got all set up, and decided we'll head out to Denton and Alvarado tomorrow to look at the motorhomes they have in inventory. Fingers were crossed!

    Well we pulled out of the campground at 8:20 to an accident on the main road. Because we had to turn left and they were down to 1 lane we had to wait 15 minutes before we could leave. Crossed over the Mississippi at Baton Rouge. We have seen it many times in various places but here I know what they mean by the muddy Mississippi. What a long day.
