    Now, imagine you are at the bottom of the hill/mountain you want to hike. Find the gully or ditch. This is how water travels from the top of the mountain to the bottom. That's the trail! Just go up that wet, steep incline with huge boulders and mud. Talk about a slog up that mountain. It was HUMID.     After staying in some dirty, smelly motels along our route so far we checked AirBnB to see if there was anything a little nicer in the Adirondacks for some time away from Interstate roads.
