Ended up putting earnest money on it, and as we drove home in the torrential downpours (with Greg not feeling a whole lot better, although his fever was gone), we got more and more excited that we'd found our new home. ... THEY WEREN'T EVEN SUPPOSE TO BE THERE!! Did I ever luck out. Not only was there someone left to give me a jump, they got there minutes before me and shouldn't have been there at all. If I had been a few minutes later they would have already left that side of the lake. The timing couldn't have been planned better if we tried. PHEW... i dodged a bullet on that one, who knows what I would have done if they hadn't been there to help me out.
