We have a very nice site here. It's shady. We have a concrete patio with a picnic table. The only negative is we can't put out the main awning, but then since it's shady, we don't really need the awning. Haven't tried the pool yet, but we definitely will several times before we leave here. And talk about small world, the manager here was stationed with 54th Eng in Wildflecken, Germany. ...

So by now it is after 1, but I really wanted to see some of Nacogdoches. We drove into downtown and parked at the visitors center. We got some information and walked around the plaza for a bit. There are a lot of old buildings, but not original buildings. Many signs which say "...site of..." ...
... clothes and then drove over to Lufkin. We were going to visit with another couple from Renegades for a couple of hours. We ended up staying about 5 hours including the four of us going out to dinner. It's nice to get to know friends better.
Before we drove over to their house, we went to the Texas Forestry Museum because the tourist information I have said that they were open on Sunday's 1-5. Well guess that is old ...
