... unable to see it. We had a nice day walking around the downtown area and just enjoying the awesome weather. We had some lunch at Whole Foods Market and enjoyed people watching at the capital building. After the long day of walking we found a this cool little bar, Little Woodrow's and watched the Yankes/LA. Not a bad way to end our stay in Austin, good beer and baseball playoffs!

... they also airlifted another person out. It keeps coming back to my mind periodically. Just changed the mood of the car for a while, knowing what was taking place. But all in all it was a good day. Dad and Mom seemed to have really enjoyed the day as well. So tomorrow we go to the LBJ library and drive to Dallas, and then in Dallas we do Deally Plaza and the 6th floor museum.

People here like to jog. There were joggers all over the place and I doubt it's because of the warm weather because I'm pretty sure it's warm here most of the time.

... Fishing Shop. Another one was more to the point but no less deadly....GunWorld ! I guess you really have to laugh....but only if you’re travelling in a car at 70 miles an hour heading the hell outta there.
There are a few signs along the interstate that leave a lot to the imagination as well....my favourite and what I’ll end this instalment with has to be “ Bucky’s Beaver Nuggets”
Good Night Texas.
... the income would be anything to sneeze at. I'm hoping that I can find some kind of a summer job that doesn't involve folding clothes, cleaning toilets or telemarketing. I guess folding clothes can be relaxing, but I can't go back to Old Navy after I quit 5 minutes before I was supposed to start. yyyyyapppp. I've been looking online and there's a facebook group for future assistants in Nantes. There are ...

If someone is churchy, well I’m not, and we probably won’t enjoy dating for very long. So I start with that, usually in a humorous and only mildly sacrilegious sort of way. If they’re still around, then I have to bring out the big guns. As families are mentioned I point out that I have cute nieces and nephews, but that I don ...

I will post photos and videos to prove she's adorable. She's at least twice as cute as all the other kids on the planet, except for my other nieces and nephew, who on their best days are equally as cute.
... change some of the names of the streets, and it had us going down dead ends. We had to ask directions and the guy knew exactly where it was, and we had to go over the railroad tracks, down a dirt road, it looked like there was nothing down there but there was the restaurant right on the water, (right next to the railroad track) only 2 ways in, one is by boat and the other the dirt road. We never thought Betsy or any one else would be able to find the place, but Betsy did and the crab ...

He then straightened up and said, "Do what you love to do now, because you'll never know what will happen tomorrow." He said it with such conviction, such firmness, such empowerment. The advice was so incredibly simple that it astounds me why more people dont take it to ...

However, we got there around 8:15 and most places closed at 7 or 8, so we just walked around for a bit, rested and then flew back down the hill to the bridge. the ride down was definitely worth the ride up. We sat in a little park under the bridge with others waiting for the bats to emerge and then we finally saw a few, though not exactly as we had expected, and rode our bike home. on the way though, aimee stopped to ...
