    ... a tear in her eye at the end. A day we will never forget. We ordered some photos then went for a swim in the pool. Packed up to go we headed on back up the highway towards the Everglades on the way to our next stop in Naples.     ... walk on the beach. We also stopped at the Shell Museum and then took the Wildlife Drive through the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge.

    Tonight we had a barbecue prepared by our staff. Hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad, coleslaw and broccoli salad and chips, ice cream and cookies for dessert. Very nice evening. Tomorrow is travel day to Homestead.

    ... cafe....every table taken and a well known spot for a great breakfast. Garry removed a snake (only a black racer) from the entry doorway , as the staff stood wondering what to do with it ,on our arrival .We watched some of the private planes take off from outside the cafe, after the owners had had their own 'fuelup' in the cafe.     Thereafter we headed home taking I-75 to US-27, with a stopover in Estero to have an early dinner at an Applebees restaurant right off of I-75.
