... of locals. The place was hopping and continued to do so until our departure. Everyone in line was taken care off. Fun to people watch as we in our warmer clothes, enjoyed the sandal wearing, short and t-shirt groups coming in. Made me hotter and hotter, I could hardly wait to ditch my wolly socks! It was clear we were overdressed.

Tomorrow we head to Savannagh, Georgia for a couple of days. Night now!

... but it is a beautiful morning. We find our way out of the Chippokes State Park, (how did we find this place?!), and begin the last days' journey. I show it to be about 63 miles, Scott shows a little less.

We are back on our "yellow" map, the one that takes us .03 of a mile and turn, or tells us to turn or continue on a differently named road, although you are undoubtedly on the same one that it calls out for. It is much slower going. Our "blue" map was easier to follow. ...

... br> We accomplished our non-stop passage plan, arriving at Willoughby Bay, Norfolk, VA on May 19 at 1205, and dropping anchor just outside Willoughby Harbor Marina. Distance of the passage was 660nm over 4 days, 4 hours, 15 minutes for an average speed of 6.6 kts. Pretty typical for our offshore passages.
