    ... the wonderful architecture. It was Canada's first University. Students come here from all over Canada because of its reputation for high academic standards. It is almost in the center of the town so the students from there are seen jogging and walking in the city and it helps give it a very youthful feeling. We did love this city, which was Canada's first capital city.

    Sept. 7th

    The morning was absolutely perfect. Sunny and calm. We went in to Kingston this morning and did a very short impromptu tour. At the dock we were pleasantly surprised to see a multicultural festival occurring. We looked around and treated ourselves to a meal of Pupusas from El Salvador.
