    We were up and out by 8.30am after breakfast in the hotel. It wasn't a quick affair today as a different staff member was on the counter. He seemed very slow and the queue was out to the door. By the time I got served I was losing the will to live and he then left my order half made to take a call on his mobile in the back kitchen.
