    Sites that are neat...and very wet feet!!

    ... the site and could find no evidence that it isn't authentic. I was disappointed that someone (don't know if it was officially done or not) outlined the petroglyphs with chalk to make them more prominent...the entire section of rock was covered by a picnic shelter so that the art doesn't become eroded and lost to future generations.

    Got a little bit of a late start this morning but had a good time at Fort Ancient looking at the ruins of an ancient community. Lots of earthworks visible all around the region, two calendar mounds that marked the summer and winter solstices. Very good museum that went way past how the Paleo-Indians would have lived, although it gave lots of information about that as well. Moved into the wars with France and the British colonists as well, and spoke of some small communities ...

    As some of you know, you are required to go through psychological/personality/leadership testing when you decide you want to become a ministry.
