Neil Armstrong the first man on the moon was born here in Ohio and there is a museum that I have never seen. This is only 12 miles from the Airstream Plant and that is where several vehicles where built for NASA. One was used as a quarantine shelter for the astronauts after returning from the moon. I am always amazed at how small this world ...
It was finally time to take the truck out for a trial run before we leave for the next many months on the road. The truck ran well although you can tell you don't have the power of the diesel. Gas mileage ran about the same as my old V-10 at 8.3 miles per gallon. ...
New Wyndham Hotel product (Micro-Hotel) and it was time to stop. We're OVER 3,000 miles so far and I'm (we're) tired.

Tomorrow, hopefully we'll hook up with my Uncle Earl in Obetz, Oh.
Met Jim and Sue at meeting place shortly after 9:00am this morning. We're doing the first leg of our journey with them! Nice to have some travel buddies :) We left London at 9:30 am. Good weather - Clear and sunny all the way. Stopped in Toledo Ohio to purchase a hot spot. After much running around, bought one, got it set up and now we have wifi while on the road Stayed in Wapakaneta KOA. Arrived around ...

No traffic jams or construction work to hold us up, though they were working on the interstate highway to the border in Ohio. In Michigan the roads are rougher since the state isn't very financial. Booked in, said goodbye to Cindy and her mum and went through customs. ...
