Went to a Starbuck by gate 21 - to get 2 bottles of water. My debit/atm card would NOT work - used Arvest Visa - worked. Whew! Water was needed at this point - along with the snacks we brought.

Flew Cathay Pacific from Hong Kong to Bangkok, Thailand - was very nice - served food, wine - very friendly staff! Exceptional compared to AA in US.

Our oldest son, Adam, and his wife live just about 30 minutes from the airport, and he'd volunteered to come get me so I could spend the night with them.. So I made the decision to abandon the line and go home with Adam ...

    ... changed back - strange.

On the road we made good with our mileage expectations, crossing through four (4) states - New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and finally into Arkansas. Based on the fact that our last leg of our trip was going to be 12 hours or so, we decided to go past Oklahoma City and decided to boogie on to Fort Smith, Arkansas which would cut about 3 hours off the final leg.
