... wall to stand. I could step inside and look up and see this nature made chimney. The other hike was a 2.3 mile out and back hike with 1300 feet of gain. ... Berkeley only took just over an hour to where we're now staying. So as our hosts weren't expecting us till after 2, we hung out in a nearby park. In the shade it was chilly, but the sun was bright and hot.

More tomorrow when we hope to explore on the Bart (fast train) into down town San Fran

I was back home snuggling the cat by 8pm and fast asleep when Jeremy arrived at 10:30. It was a great trip, but too many cities in too many days. I felt like I only got to scratch the surface of each of the cities I was in, with the exception of Dublin since it was ...

... After returning our bikes we headed back to Thommo and PMs hotel on the bus to meet up with Chips. We got a 12 pack of beer and had a few drinks in their room until dinner time. For dinner we went to a dinner up the road, the food was cheap and the portions were huge, I had a roast chicken with veggies and it was awesome. After dinner we had a few more beers at the guys hotel then we got a taxi back to our hostel to go to bed as we were leaving early for the drive to Santa ...
