    Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg the amusement and adventureland of Tennessee. Never seen so many different mini golf courses, go cart tracks, and other attractions lining a main city street. These places are alive with tourists and cause major traffic jams. Don't travel on fridays we learnt.

    ... checked into a Days Inn. Now this days inn was nothing like the days inn in newark, im sure matty would of even stayed in this one haha. The running joke about mcdonalds got told one last time since there was one next door to the motel (obviously). What made it funnier though was kaleb and adam both went to get something from there before bed even though it was near enough 2am. They both came back empty handed and gutted that McDonalds system was down and they couldnt get their chicken ...

    ... hopefully it's clearer then. Another bear encounter here as well. Mama and yearling cub about 100 ft. away. Most yearlings are on their own by June so we had a clingy mom or a reluctant-to-leave child but they hung around for about 10 minutes. I have now visited all 48 lower states and have only Biscayne Nat. Park in Miami left to visit. Sooo ...
