We stopped in Liverpool, New York in search for a shower at what we thought was going to be a campground, but ended up being a nice park. ... Hansel and Gretel. This time around Mike and I are traveling with just one four-legged companion, Foxy. He seems to be settling into the RV life style.

The Campground is only a few miles from New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon and sits quietly within a quiet wooded area with private fishing pond and trails. There are many outlet stores here selling just about everything and this must be an extremely popular place for shoppers as well as hikers and, skiers in the winter. ... understand why! We continued on through the Franconia park and stopped at a lookout which covered most of the surrounding mountains. The scenery here is just breathtaking. I wish we had a week to see all of it and take some of the many hikes. We sat outside again this evening and the Hummingbird made a brief appearance. It has decided that I am not a red flower though and I didn't have time to get a photo. I did see a couple more Blue Jays earlier ...

... countryside which was again dotted with lakes and rivers and elaborate houses with attached barns. We reached our condominium in the White mountains just after lunch and ventured down to have a look at the outlet stores which were just down the road. Most of the merchandise at the stores was 70% off for the Memorial day weekeend so Ross managed to pick up a lot of clothes at Van Heussen for next to nothing and I got a nice leather handbag.
