back from the holidays, started the new year quite fast and now the first month is over. Here I am sitting and trying to figure out the later half of this year - jobs to have, moving back to LA, etc. etc. etc. but more importantly, continued my RTW mapping that I'm planning to embark in 2015-2016.

... skies and about 40 degree weather. I woke up at about 3 in the morning to pee and noticed that it had started to snow and there was about an inch of snow on the ground. thinking it wouldn't be a big deal, I went back to sleep and woke up to discover that about 8 inches to a foot of snow had accumulated on the ground and we thought we might not even be able to get the car out! luckily we managed to cruise right through the snow (Suburu Power baby!), ...

... Market, taking in the views of the fruit, seafood and beautiful flowers. At this point, Paige and I split up. I had to do get back to work and she was going to do some power window shopping for her up-coming trip to Africa.

We enjoyed a dinner at Tavolata, a great Italian place in Belltown, not far from the market. It had kind of a funky vibe, great service and wonderful food. A nice end to a nice day.
